It turns out that the Motorola RAZR V3xx cell phone is not yet supported by iSync 2.3. Fortunately enough, David has created an iSync 2.3 plugin.

Unfortunately, the version that is available at the moment of this writing is version 4 and, while it does support synching contacts, iCal synching is not yet supported or working. Anyways, thanks for the plug-in, David
